Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data from any Brightsignal Labs product at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email contact@brightsignallabs.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, from the email address associated with your account. Include the name of the product.
- We will verify the request, delete your personal data, and send you confirmation — within 30 days.
Where a product offers in-app account deletion, you can also delete your data directly in the product.
Connected platform accounts
If you signed in to one of our products with a third-party account (such as Facebook Login or Google Sign-In), you can also disconnect the app in that platform’s settings — for example, Facebook’s Settings → Apps and Websites. When a platform sends us a deletion request this way, we honor it automatically. Either path results in the same deletion.
What deletion covers
We delete the personal information associated with your account or device. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis within 90 days. We may retain limited records where the law requires it.
